IT's polish, I don't see point to use it for international translations, cost would be huge.
You can try moneybookers, about your card, maybe it's blocked for internet tranzactions.
Where i can download the .56 version, for a while.. ?

Is np for me 25 dollars for license , but here in my country (Argentina) is hard to use paypal. May be u cant sell lic in mercadolibre, western union (i have office in my city) ?

I will see What I can do, first I will setup oscommerce, and integrate payments with forum, then will try find some provider what will be ok.
