dose anybody have a plugin to detect if char is not moving for x amount of time then do semething (teleport,etc)?

Also if somebody know a solution for lagg problems it would be very nice.
By lagg problems I mean I`m running 2 boxes 1 main char 1 healer and if I don`t have the window active(one or the other) they move slower then a tortoise.

Already using it.
Need one in town the spawn points are random and the char gets stuck in all kind of things.
