How i option dmg skill reuse time ( now i always reuse he give skill ) i give options 15s but only 3s max ( tribunal )

How i seed manor ? where on options items use bar ?

for skills reuse...need to write script. same goes for seeding, there is a topic in the scripts/plugins forum
