hello i need some help! im a vip member end i change my house end my intenrten conection. i have to log in with tower 15 days i try today to create prenium lisence file end i cant, i can only use the free one... can someone plz give me some help. i hope you understand my bad englishe end im sorry for that.

Check your hardware key, press renew if changed, unplug all phones pendrives...

Thx for you say about "unplug all phones"! When i start acronis true image and mount image of HDD's - my hardware rly change! If i unmount all Acronis Drive - my HW key change to old key! thx! (but i think it not right and must be fixed, imho).

if u change hdd u will need to renew hardware key, if u dont change after last boting, no need, if u change then, u will get ban on that id
not able to bot on that hdd, ofc if u are premium
