Dear all,
one after thought, if you have Fairy7.lau or Fairy8.lau in either plugin or script folder, delete it and reboot your pc. Everything will be ok then.
This was tested and confirmed on L2 official shilen server with both free and premium versions. Look like this is the source of the trouble.
