Those other post didn't help, I paid now what do I do to get premium?
You have to enable it through the L2 Tower application.. Download the program and then select the "License" tab. From there, fill in all the appropriate information, select the type of license (premium in your case) and then click on "Create license file"

like my earlier post says, I did that and got this message when I try to create license in the l2tower app screen when you first load it up.
"no more premium license available"
When you go into "Manage Licenses -> View my Items" do you see your premium license being listed? Is the lock "unlocked" or "locked"?
