I had the same problem and was searching for the answer here but didn't find one, so I will post my solution in game have all your settings made (OF COURSE DUHH!!), but there is no need to have party buffs, or nuke attack enabled (as I tried this way also) - just go /cfg -> press the HOME tab on the keyboard -> click the little symbol that show like great might on the left corner -> WALA setup your buffer as if self buff ***just make sure all your party members are in party and near cause it will be self-buffs this way***
