When i press Select ( to select the path of l2.bin )
my computer restarts... i have tryed more than 10 times = 10 + restarts

You can follow up this link http://blogs.msdn.com/b/junfeng/archive/...ected.aspx and find out why the computer restarts.
IMO it doesn't look like a L2T problem but something bigger.
